I’m aware that I haven’t posted in ages, but I’m working on getting better and providing great content. So for the first time yesterday, I did a Periscope. If you don’t know what Periscope is, please head to your app store and download it to your phone immediately. When you’re done, please follow me @hernameiskim_ because I’m sure I will be doing another; I’m so hooked! You can also read more here about Periscope and how to use it in your blog or business.
Anyway, I hate talking in front of people. Cotton mouth and sweaty palms are the side effects for me when I talk in front of people. I’m good 1 on 1, but if the world is watching, I’m petrified. Anyway, I used Periscope as a way to get over my fears and finally put myself out there.
Yesterday on my “scope”, I discussed the importance of visual branding online. It’s important offline too, but it’s extremely important online, because you don’t get to sit and talk to potential clients, they have to be driven in visually (and of course good ole marketing). In order to build trust, you need to have a cohesive visual brand.
So to help you crush it online, I created a free guide to help you get your visual branding in gear. Before you get to the visual aspects of your brand, you need to know who exactly your ideal client is. This guide will help you better narrow down who that ideal client is, and then create the visuals to attract them. There are 22 Questions, (which is just a sample of questions I ask my clients when we’re doing a visual brand strategy session) that will help you figure out your ideal client. How are you going to sell to anyone, if you don’t know who you’re selling to? There is an ideal client that wants to buy, exactly what you’re offering. This guide will give you the tools, to put you in the right direction.
All you have to do to get it though, is of course sign up for my mailing list. Already signed up for my mailing list? Check your inbox, and you probably should have a email from me; yes I know it’s been a while.
Let me know in the comments below if you grabbed your copy and how you’re going to crush it online!
I loved your guide so much! It’s filled with so many wonderful tips, I haven’t done the “ideal client” questionnaire yet, but I’m definitely planning on it. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. #BLMGirl
Hi Zadry! Thanks so much for stopping by :). I am go glad you downloaded the guide. It’s one of the most important aspects of building an audience or a brand 🙂
I’m just learning about periscope and although I’ve been blogging for YEARS I’m just starting to think of it as more than a hobbie. I’ll be back because your site has tons of resources I see! Thanks for sharing. #BLMgirl
